We ship our products directly from our partnered warehouses and factories in the U.S and China.
4. When will I receive my package?
Once you place your order, please allow 2 to 3 days to process your order. Once shipped, average delivery time to U.S is 5-8 business days, Europe 8-15 business days other countries can take up to 28 business days, depending on how fast customs clearance takes place. Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking information on the next day as tracking information generally becomes available 24 hours after we have shipped the order. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
