Thank you for shopping with VIYA! Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.
Where we ship
We currently ship within Canada and the United States.
Processing time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships. During launches, restocks, or busy periods, processing may take a little longer — thank you for your patience.
Shipping rates
- Free shipping on all orders over $40
- A flat rate of $4.99 on orders under $40
Your shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery time
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery is 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed, as delivery times can be affected by the carrier, customs, or busy seasons.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.
Lost, stolen, or delayed packages
Once your order is handed off to the carrier, delivery is in their hands. VIYA isn't responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, but we'll always do our best to help — just reach out at wearviya@gmail.com and we'll point you in the right direction.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to cover the cost of reshipping orders sent to an incorrect address, so make sure everything's correct before you place your order.
